Korean food for baby?
No worries, nothing spicy in here. A wholesome meal for your 1 to 2 years old one.
- 0.25 medium carrot
- 2 florets broccoli
- 20 grams beef
- 1 tbsp brown rice
- 1 tbsp millet
- 30 ml beef broth
- 1 small cube beetroot and apple puree
- Add all the ingredients except sauce into your pot of choice and cook till rice and millet are ready and all liquid absorbed. I used a slow cooker and it was cooked for around an hour on high.
- Cool and serve with sauce mixed in.
