To run the Mobile and Web platform
The role defines product strategy, takes ownership of product roadmap, plans resources and ensures tech, UX/UI and operations are aligned so the product can deliver the value we set out for our communities and brand partners.
Enjoys critical thinking and problem solving, can plan and communicate fluently in English. Able to translate business objectives to features, own product roadmap. Good understanding of platform business model and product growth loops. Min 2 years+ experience on managing a B2C product.
(we care more about the technical capability, leadership is secondary, we can groom!)
The role plans, design, lead, and execute technical solutions and improvements of YoRipe’s product development. You will be supported by FE & BE developers and QA.
3 to >5 years of experience as a full-stack engineer for mobile & web covering the below:
Strong knowledge and experience in system design, database management and web development concepts, such as HTTP, REST, and API design.
Enjoys problem-solving, learning about new technology and a desire to learn and grow as an engineer.
Speak English fluently.
Support our BE Development and Database tasks. Basic knowledge in Laravel (PHP) and MySQL are required. Eager to learn and code, want to build something useful with tech. Min. 6 months full-time availability, fluent English is required.
Support our UX/UI Designer in mobile and web app design tasks. Basic knowledge in UX/UI and experience designing with Figma, good command of auto layout and design systems. Eager to learn and design delightful experiences. Intermediate and above English level is preferred.
Support our QA in product testing for mobile and web app. Basic knowledge and experience in Postman and APIs are required. Meticulous, good logical thinking and structured in task planning and execution. Intermediate and above English level is preferred.
