    For the Tofu:
  • 2 Blocks Firm Tofu
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

    For the Veggies:
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 5 Dried Red Chilies
  • 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tsp Minced Ginger
  • 1 chopped Red Pepper
  • Chopped Spring Onions
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Cashew nut

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs Lee Kum Kee Chilli Crab Paste
  • 300g Prawns 300g ( deveined )
  • 3 Garlic  ( minced )
  • 3 Shallot  ( minced )
  • 15g Ginger ( grated )
  • 20g Big onion ( cut into cubes )
  • 15g Red Capsicum ( cut into cubes )
  • 15g Green Capsicum ( cut into cubes )
  • 1 Sweet corn ( steamed )
  • 1 Egg  ( beaten )
  • 3 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • Water 30ml
  • Corn starch 1.5 tsp ( keep 1/2 tsp with 1 tbsp of water for later use )
  • Spring onion 1 stalk ( garnishing )
  • Mantou ( Optional )
