Gluten-free Buckwheat pesto pasta
Trying to cut down on carbs but have an undying love to pasta? Be guilt-free with this delicious savoury buckwheat pasta recipe!
- 170 g buckwheat pasta
- 1 packet cherry tomatoes
- 1 can tuna
- 1 broccoli
- ¾ tbsp pesto sauce
- basil leaves
Boil salted water for the pasta and broccoli. The broccoli can also be steamed.
Wash the vegetables, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and prep the broccoli.
Put the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. While waiting, steam the broccoli for 3-4 minutes. Taste both pasta and broccoli to make sure they are cooked.
Heat up a pan and put 2 tbsp pesto sauce. Add cherry tomatoes, tuna and finally the pasta. Mix for a few minutes. Top with basil leaves and serve.
