Gluten-free Buckwheat pesto pasta
Trying to cut down on carbs but have an undying love to pasta? Be guilt-free with this delicious savoury buckwheat pasta recipe!
- 170 g buckwheat pasta
- 1 packet cherry tomatoes
- 1 can tuna
- 1 broccoli
- ¾ tbsp pesto sauce
- basil leaves
- Boil salted water for the pasta and broccoli. The broccoli can also be steamed.
- Wash the vegetables, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and prep the broccoli.
- Put the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. While waiting, steam the broccoli for 3-4 minutes. Taste both pasta and broccoli to make sure they are cooked.
- Heat up a pan and put 2 tbsp pesto sauce. Add cherry tomatoes, tuna and finally the pasta. Mix for a few minutes. Top with basil leaves and serve.
