Vegan and yum recipes you’ll learn during this class:
1. Mint-Coriander Rice: A chutney rice that is a take on herb rice that you can serve to pep up any meal.
2. Olive-Corn Rice: A quick nutritious rice that you can make using some of your grocery store staples.

- 2 wide pans
- Flat spatulas
- Knife chopping board.
