Despite never been culinary trained, Ivan Yeo stellar rise in the culinary circles in the last four years is attributed to his strong desire for his search of this Teochew heritage and persistent work to modernise the cuisine, to pair with the beers the brewery produces. He was the winner of the Dilmah Tea Inspired Award in 2017, and was nominated for Best Asian Chef 2019 and recently named Asian Cusine Chef of the Year 2020 in the World Gourmet Summit. He was also recently nominated for Chef of the Year 2021 and also Most Innovative Chef of the Year 2021. He is also a celebrity chef who has made many appearances on TV, both local and international, demonstrating and perpetuating his ideas in contemporary Teochew cuisine.
Fiona Ting’s love for cooking began after obtaining her Diploma in Food Science, where she decided to enroll herself in the pioneer batch of the Culinary Institute of America’s Singapore Program.
Her journey as a chef has taken her through prestigious kitchens locally, in Hong Kong and America. Fiona aims to put these travels that have contributed to her ever-growing experience bank, into her sweet creations. Having spent 10 years in the kitchens, Fiona now helms the kitchens at Andaz Singapore as Pastry Creative.
