Spinach Avocado Pine Seeds Mealprep

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 purple carrot small
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup alfalfa sprout in flakes
  • 1 spoon pine seeds
  • 1 slice wholemeal bread pour some olive oil on it!
  • 1 stalk parsley fresh and chopped
  • 1 spoon olive oil extra virgin



  • Wash, peel and slice the carrots into small crunchy pieces
  • Wash the alfalfa sprouts and spinach
  • Slice the avocado


  • In your box, add the spinach base, carrots, alfalfa sprouts and avocado
  • Add your spoon of pine seeds and the slice of bread
  • Pour the olive oil (optional: pour an additional spoon on the bread…)
