Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach washed
- 1/2 cup chickpeas cooked
- 1 stalk parsley fresh, washed and chopped
- 5 cherry tomatoes or one tomato, washed
- 1 spoon pine seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin

- In a box, add the spinach base, cooked chickpeas and tomatoes
- Add the pine seeds, freshly washed and chopped parsley
- Pour olive oil
