Spinach Chickpeas Tomatoes Mealprep

  • 1 cup spinach washed
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas cooked
  • 1 stalk parsley fresh, washed and chopped
  • 5 cherry tomatoes or one tomato, washed
  • 1 spoon pine seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin



  • In a box, add the spinach base, cooked chickpeas and tomatoes
  • Add the pine seeds, freshly washed and chopped parsley
  • Pour olive oil


Chickpeas is a great source of protein, with 19g of protein per 100g (1/2 cup)
