Vegan Peanut Butter Toast Stirfry

Ingredients
- one slice bread Can use wholegrain
- one tbsp peanut butter
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1 hand nut of choice Can use cashew
- 1 tbsp preferred toppings e.g. chocolate chips, sweetener, fruits, coconut
Instructions
- heat the peanut butter in a saucepan, diluting it into a sauce consistency with 2-3 tbsp water
- once peanut butter has melted, add in chopped nuts and stir until nuts have been toasted
- add in bread (chopped into cubeand stir occasionally, allowing bread to get crispy
- remove from heat and add whatever toppings you desire! (e.g. coconut, extra peanut butter and some syru
