Vegan Peanut Butter Toast Stirfry

  • one slice bread Can use wholegrain⁣
  • one tbsp peanut butter ⁣
  • 2-3 tbsp water ⁣
  • 1 hand nut of choice Can use cashew⁣
  • 1 tbsp preferred toppings e.g. chocolate chips, sweetener, fruits, coconu⁣t


  • heat the peanut butter in a saucepan, diluting it into a sauce consistency with 2-3 tbsp water⁣
  • once peanut butter has melted, add in chopped nuts and stir until nuts have been toasted⁣
  • add in bread (chopped into cubeand stir occasionally, allowing bread to get crispy ⁣
  • remove from heat and add whatever toppings you desire! (e.g. coconut, extra peanut butter and some syru⁣
