Korean food for baby? 😆 don’t worry there’s nothing spicy in here, and is a perfectly wholesome meal for the young one!
- 0.25 medium carrot
- 2 florets broccoli
- 20 grams beef
- 1 tbsp brown rice
- 1 tbsp millet
- 30 ml beef broth
- 1 small cube beetroot and apple puree
Add all the ingredients except sauce into your pot of choice and cook till rice and millet are ready and all liquid absorbed. I used a slow cooker and it was cooked for around an hour on high.
Cool and serve with sauce mixed in.
