block of extra firm tofu ⠀

Instructions
sauté onion, carrot and peas in a heated pan with oil until cooked⠀
crush up block of tofu with hands and add it to the pan along with desired seasonings (salt, pepper, turmeric and garlic powde⠀
add about 1/4 cup of water and let the tofu cook⠀
top with avocado and chopped cashews (optiona⠀

Could be a scrambled eggs alternative for those who are trying to get plant based protein :)
