Ingredients:

  • 2 cup rice (rice cooker cup)
  • Green vegetables (baby bok choy)
  • 2 Chinese sausage, (remove skin by soaking in hot water), slice thinly
  • 5 shiitake mushrooms, soaked until softened, slice thinly.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 5 slices old ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 clove shallot, slice thinly

 

Marinate ingredients:

  • 1/2 chicken, deboned & remove skin, cut into bite size.
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soysauce 
  • 2 teaspoons dark soysauce 
  • 2 teaspoon sweet soysauce 
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • Marinade & store in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Yellow noodles
  • Beef balls, slice thinly
  • Egg
  • Vegetables, separate stem & leaves
  • Spring onions, chopped
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cloves shallots, slice thinly
  • 1 big red chili & 2 red chili padi, slice thinly (optional)

 

Sauce:

  • Kecap manis (sweet soysauce) to taste
  • Few dashes worchestershire sauce
  • Few dashes fish sauce
  • Few dashes pepper powder
  • A dash of water
  • Garnish with spring onions & fried shallots

  • 1 pack ramen noodles/yellow noodles
  • Flour (for dusting)
  • Oil (spray in ajrfryer)

 

Sauce:

  • 1tsp Minced Garlic
  • Half pepper each, tri-colored peppers
  • 3pcs Shiitake Mushroom
  • Approx 5 pcs Minced prawn 
  • 200ml Stock
  • Water (to cover the veggies)
  • Pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp corn starch + 2 tbsp water
