Tom Yum Fish

Ingredients:

  • Fish 250g ( I used Barramundi, u can used any fish ) 
  • Tomato 1 ( cut into 1/4 )
  • Lemongrass 2 ( use white part )
  • Kaffir lime leaves 10 pcs ( remove stem )
  • Spring onion 10g ( cut into 4 cm long )
  • Coriander leaves 10g ( cut into small pieces )
  • Lime juice ( 1 1/2 tbsp ) 
  • Chilli 2 red 1 green ( remove seeds n slice )
  • Water 220 ml ( not in picture )
  • Fish sauce 1/2 tbsp 
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp 
  • Tomyum paste 2 tbsp ( adjust accordingly )
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients:

Baked Cheezy Broccoli:

  • Ingredients:
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Sea salt, Red pepper

 

Baked Lemon Baby-corn

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 tsp vegan butter
  • 1/4 tsp chipotle powder

 

Baked carrot

  • Salt & Pepper
  • Smoked paprika

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkt Simply Cook Mixed Vegetables Stir Fry Meal Kit
  • 1 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

 

Cheese sauce:

  • 50g Pizza cheese mix + 150g pizza cheese mix for topping
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 200ml evaporated milk
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp black pepper

Today I’m going to share with you a delicious and healthy dish that your whole family will love. Using the Simply Cook, ABC Soup meal kit and a dash of creativity, the same meal kit can be made into different dishes, just like how I created this Sweet & Sour Chicken & Vegetables! Find these cooking kits and other ingredients at your nearest FairPrice Xtra stores SWEET SOUR CHICKEN AND VEGGIES Ingredients: 1 pkt Pasar Chicken fillet 1 pkt ABC SOUP KIT 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Ketchup 3 tsp Tomato puree 1 tbsp Vinegar/worchestershire 2 tsp Corn starch + 2 tbsp water [OPTIONAL] White pepper Method: - With oil, fry the onions until a little brown. - Add in the chicken and fry until the outer of the meat looks cooked. - Add the remaining of the vegetables and water just until almost cover the vegetables. - Cook covered for 10 mins. - Add in the tomato puree, tomato ketchup, soy sauce and vinegar. Stir to mix. - Add in the corn starch mixture and mix thoroughly. Instructions . 1)In the pan, add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil n fry the fish for a min on each side. Set aside . 2)Using the same pan, clean the excess oil with kitchen towel. Add in 1/2 tbsp of oil n put in all the brinjal till slight brown n set aside . 3)Add 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil n sauté garlic, ginger n red inion till fragrant. Add in spring onion, kaffir leaves, lemongrass n chilli n stir evenly . 4)Next, stir in fish sauce, brown sugar, Tomyum paste n 2 tbsp of water, give a good mix . 5)Add in carrot, tomato, lady fingers, brinjal n mix well again. Gently put in fish n pour in all the water n simmer for 10 mins with lid on, lower the heat . 6)Lastly, add in lime juice n coriander leaves n mix well.
